Hillman Imp/Ginetta Parts

Block Strengthening Studs:

These form part of a strengthening kit used on the Hillman Imp engine to stop the aluminium block flexing when the engine has been bored out. Two types available, both with standard UNC thread but either long or short UNF thread at the other end.

Sump Baffle Plate:

These fit between sump pan and engine block to eliminate oil surge during hard cornering.

Heavy Duty Sump Gaskets:

At the moment I am talking to a gasket company about manufacturing better quality sump gaskets to replace the thin troublesome ones currently being used.
 

Vernier Timing Gear:

This enables quick adjustment and exact setting up of cam timing. These give infinite adjustment and replace the very limited drilled hole versions. These have been successfully used by several race cars for a couple of seasons now. The racers love these as the cam timing only takes a couple of minutes and can easily be adjusted in between races if necessary. I am currently working on a new, improved design.
